Red Lantern Productions will hold a daring adult-themed play titled “Solo Para Adultos” on Friday, October 20, at the Music Museum in Greenhills, San Juan.
The play is about five protagonists who are all victims of a cruel world and the creative minds behind the film ‘Solo Para Adultos’ (‘For Adults Only’ in English).
Meet Veronica Fox (April “Congratulations” Gustillo), a female porn star who comes back to her native land to make a meaningful pornographic film. She gets reunited with her long-lost lover—Alfred (Vivo Ouano), but their past becomes even more complicated with another party involved with a matinee actor—JV San Miguel (John Raspado). Meanwhile, The Scandal Queen, Georgina (Tori Garcia) plans to reign over Veronica’s stardom. Nicolas (Andres Vasquez), on the other hand, is ready to do everything just to make a difference in the industry he has ventured into.
After years of separation from each other—both Veronica and the man she once loved (who is now a masseur) get intimate with each other. More and more challenges surface as they work together in a film project.
‘SOLO PARA ADULTOS’ or ‘SPA’ for short; is a story about love, sex, hope, dreams and vengeance. It is written by AJ Rollon, James Golla and Alejandro ‘Bong’ Ramos; produced by Yuan Barron Ho, and the lovable production manager, Domingo Almoete. It is set to premiere on October 20 at the Music Museum with reruns in February 2018.
